Know your fit
Every piece states its cut on the product page — regular pieces run true to size, and anything marked oversized / boxy is cut a full size generous, so size down if you want it neat. Girls-range garments list their own cut (baby tee, crop boxy, longline and friends) on each page. Between sizes? The club rule: for the drape, size up; for the silhouette, stay true. Still unsure — ask us, we answer with real opinions, not scripts.
Free. UK-wide. Every order.
UK shipping is free on every order— no minimum, no codes, no small print. Orders are packed by the same hands that build our arcade machines and dispatched within 2–3 working days (drops can add a day or two at peak — worth it). You'll get a confirmation email when your order lands and another the moment it ships. International shipping isn't live yet — message usand we'll see what we can do.
Free returns · 30 days
Not right? Send it back within 30 days — unworn, unwashed, with its tags — for a full refund or a swap. Returns are free for UK orders: contact uswith your order number (it's on your confirmation email, STROBA-XXXX) and we'll send a label. Refunds go back to your original payment method once the piece is checked in — cards take 5–10 working days, crypto refunds are sent on-chain. Your statutory rights are never affected.
Direct only — on purpose
STROBA is sold here and nowhere else — runs are numbered and small, and we'd rather sell out than stack shelves. You will spot pieces in the wild at our arcade venues and events. If you run a venue and want the machines (or the merch) in it, talk to us.

Email parts@arcadewow.co.uk — orders, sizing, returns, machines, collabs, anything. We're a small team in Stockport, England (SK1) and we read everything; you'll usually hear back within one working day. Include your order number if it's about an order and we'll be twice as fast.
